Fora is a contemporary, globally inspired restaurant and patio located at The Emily Hotel, led by Executive Chef Marcello Florio.

With more than 35 years of international experience, Chef Florio brings an approach rooted in his Italian upbringing, layered with Mediterranean and modern American influences. His cooking is guided by curiosity, simplicity, and bold, flavor-forward execution - blending tradition with fresh perspective using high-quality, seasonal ingredients.

From housemade pastas like Chitarra & Ragù and Gemelli Pesto to a seasonal Butternut Squash Risotto, Chef Florio’s updated menu highlights technique, creativity, and comfort in every bite.

Guest favorites, including Fora’s signature bowls and smash burger, remain - now alongside new dishes designed to feel both familiar and exciting. The result is a menu that’s approachable, thoughtful, and distinctly Fora.

Kick off the weekend with brunch at Fora, served Saturday-Sunday from 9am-2pm. Enjoy traditional classics like 2 eggs any way, or indulge in our signature Afternoon Tea Experience - however you brunch, we are here for it.
